Now that the debt capital markets are normalizing in terms of credit as well as spreads, we are looking to increase long term borrowing - even pre-poning long term borrowing through corporate bonds - this not only helps in improving our ALM profile but also helps lock in low cost of borrowing and improve the business margins.
Of course there is a cost of negative carry, however that is for a few weeks
